Next Level Customer Service! I had my rear hatch door fin on my Range Rover coming loose, a friend of mine Richard from Range Rover sent me over to Updated Auto to help me out with it. Talk about service, WOW! Mike and his son Titan are the shop owners, they took a look and set me up with a time Wednesday morning to come down. They brought it in, took the fin off, and discovered the problem was an easy fix, and 25 minutes later I was on my way home. They are Range Rover, Tesla, and now BMW certified...and if you saw their shop, you`d understand why Mike and his Team received those accounts, place is amazing! As a person who's worked in the car accident business over 15-years, I thought that there just wasn't a good and honest shop out here in Las Vegas. I brought my daughter's Tesla for some moderate body work after a parking lot accident. I tried the "official" Tesla shop which was a nightmare to work with. These guys were the total opposite. How Much Is My Deductible?
The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. If you were not at fault, and you are a claimant on a 3rd party insurance claim you do NOT owe a deductible. Insurance companies determine fault by your account of the accident when you make the claim, and by reviewing the accident report filed with the police department. If you aren’t sure about your deductible, you can call us and we can tell you whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether you will be responsible to pay this when you pick up your vehicle.
Are There Any Warranties With Service?
